This Privacy Policy describes how Parity Golf AB ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Looper Golf iOS application (the "App").

- Golf performance data: Shot data imported from your launch monitor (e.g. GSPro), including ball speed, spin rate, carry distance, and related metrics.
- Usage data: Queries submitted to the AI coaching system, session activity, and feature interactions.
- Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
- Purchase information: Subscription status managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize AI coaching, swing analysis, and club recommendations.
- Track your golf performance over time and generate progress insights.
- Manage your account and subscription.
- Improve the App and our AI models (using anonymized, aggregated data only).
- Respond to support requests and enquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at paritygolfab@gmail.com.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Service providers: Third-party services that help us operate the App (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
- Apple / RevenueCat: For subscription and in-app purchase management.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
If you use the Coach in the Loop feature, your performance data and session history will be visible to the coach you have connected with. You control which coach has access to your data.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a company based in Sweden, we are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

6. Children's Privacy

- Apple App Store — app distribution and in-app purchases
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- GSPro — launch monitor data (imported by you; we do not connect directly to GSPro servers)

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.
